We earned recognition and support from global partners, achieving gratifying counter-trend growth amidst the broader landscape. In the field of hearing health, we reached a series of milestone developments through continuous innovation and global expansion.
01 Manufacturing System Leapfrogging, Solidifying Industrial Foundations
Soundlink completed a comprehensive upgrade of automated production lines in its workshops and advanced the construction of a cleanroom for 3D production lines, providing a top-tier environment for precision manufacturing. By introducing high-caliber production experts, our production system and standards are progressing towards world-class lean manufacturing.
02 Products Winning Global Acclaim, Innovation Making History
Our independently developed large-screen digital video otoscope and 3D ear impression scanner received international industry recognition for their outstanding performance and appointed the renowned German company Dreve as European general agent. Furthermore, our self-produced sound booths room achieved further success, solidifying our position in the domestic market while expanding overseas, earning unanimous praise from international clients.
03 Global Vision for Cooperation, Empowering Alliances through Synergy
In February 2025, Soundlink formally established a strategic partnership with Dreve and set up the Dreve China Office within Soundlink. This marked a significant upgrade in the strategic collaboration between the two parties, entering a new stage of development.
04 Contributing to National Standards, Professional Top-Level Design
On April 1, 2025, the national standard GB/T 44994-2024 "Acoustics — Hearing aid fitting management" officially came into effect. As the sole full-chain supporting supply chain enterprise in the hearing industry, Soundlink leveraged 21 years of professional expertise to participate deeply in formulating this standard. We also contributed to developing the industry standard "In-the-Ear Hearing Aids (T/CITS 553-2025)", using our professional strength to promote the high-quality development of China's hearing health cause.
05 Global Network Expansion, Service Level Upgrade
Following the establishment of our Hong Kong branch, our Singapore branch was successfully founded, actively responding to the national "Belt and Road" initiative and strengthening our global service capabilities. We actively engaged through exhibitions at home and abroad and placed high importance on customer communication. Throughout the year, Soundlink hosted over a hundred visits from domestic and international clients, deepening mutual trust and cooperation.
06 Strategic Coordination and Progress, Fulfilling Mission and Responsibility
We actively collaborated with popular university majors and responded to government initiatives supporting professors serving as corporate vice presidents. By appointing university professors as corporate VPs, we aim to develop products and solutions that better and more professionally meet market demands.
07JD Logistics Group Partnership, Enhancing Customer Experience
To optimize customer experience, Soundlink entered a strategic cooperation with JD Logistics Group, upgrading our logistics services. This partnership has enhanced customer delivery and logistics experiences, reflecting the logistics industry's trend towards greater efficiency and intelligence.
08 Engaging Employee Outings, Strengthening Sense of Belonging
In June 2025, Soundlink embarked on a long-awaited team-building trip. Employees split into two groups, traveling to Penang, Malaysia, and Huangshan, Anhui. This journey not only served as a reward for a year of hard work, bringing colleagues closer and boosting company cohesion, but also marked a new starting point as we stride together towards the next two decades. 
09 Gaining Momentum in International Markets, Winning Global Support
Following major international audiology conferences such as the American AAA, Germany's EUHA, and the UK's BAA, Soundlink consistently participated with an inspiring, proactive stance as a global industry player. We presented products and solutions from China to worldwide partners, spreading China's voice and sharing China's stories. 
10 European Assessment Agency Recognition, Strength Validated
Thanks to the advantages of our complete industrial chain layout in China, coupled with years of accumulated expertise in production processes, talent system development, organizational operational efficiency, and quality management systems, Soundlink received audit and affirmation from a European third-party agency. This milestone achievement lays a solid foundation for the company's entry into the supply chains of global TOP groups.
In 2025, Soundlink achieved breakthroughs in products, expanded its global network, innovated in manufacturing, and engaged in ecosystem co-creation.
